We manufacture the high-quality products you require in your systems. For this purpose we create a constructional design applying technical specifications according to international standards, such as the AD2000 data sheets, HP0, TEMA, Pressure Equipment Directive (PED), ASME code, MLO China, EN 13445, Stoomwezen (Dutch Code for Pressure Equipment), etc.

Our well-coordinated and experienced team consists of engineers, technicians, welding specialists and fitters. These professional workers manufacture equipment, vessels and special constructions using modern tools and production methods with an IT-supported organisation.

For forming and processing - of valuable material also - we provide our highly-trained and experienced fitters with a comprehensive set of suitable machinery.

A high level of training as well as welding equipment is necessary for welding high-quality materials. Schiller provides both. Based on our authorization to manufacture pressure vessels (pursuant to the pressure vessel regulations) we apply test procedures on the processed materials and material combinations.

The Quality Assurance and its test facilities and test procedures meet the specific requirements of our manufacturing programme.

The processed materials can be applied in a solid roll-bonded cladding or explosion-bonded cladding design.
The production site is favourably designed for the manufacture of large-scale equipment. With a length of 92 m (~100 yards) and a crane hook height of
9 m (~29 feet), components of up to 300 kN can be transported. Our plant is in close proximity to the port of Essen from where large components can be shipped to the seaport of Rotterdam.
